REGARDING Barnoldswick artist Geoffrey Whitehead's exhibition being 'censored' (LET, August 29), if you think of Picasso's 'Guernica' for example, it has always been a fact that insecure governments have always been very afraid of and have tried to suppress free expression in the art world.
I think Mr Whitehead has touched a raw nerve with his paintings. Let's have more if it.
