COLNE Dramatic Society is in rehearsals for its next performance at the town's Little Theatre.

It will be staging a production of Blithe Spirit, by Noel Coward, in the River Street playhouse, in October.

Starring in the play are Simon Pomfrett, as Charles, Vivienne Thornbur, as Ruth, and Amanda Ashby as the mischievous Elvira.

The play runs from Monday, October 6, to Saturday, October 11, starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £4.50 for Monday and Tuesday's performances and £5 for the rest of the week.
