COULD someone tell me why those horrible edifices outside the Corn Exchange, Preston, depict the so called soldiers firing towards the crowd in the direction of Fishergate when there used to be bullet holes in the walls of the Corporation pub behind the soldiers?
And as for everybody in Preston liking this, I have never heard anything good about it.
Best thing to do is knock it down along with the Corn Exchange, incorporate the car parks and build the new bus station there.
Better still, an ideal site for the bus station would be to knock down the waste of space they call the town hall. Oh no! Can't do that!
