Graeme Souness has achieved tremendous success in the three and a half years he has been in charge - promotion, winning the Worthington Cup and a top six Premiership finish.
Unfortunately, things are going wrong at the moment, but we all have to be patient and hope that everything improves. The team needs a bit of luck. Beating someone and keeping a clean sheet will help to improve confidence. Everyone wants instant success in football, which is why managers are sacked so often. That is not the solution - at least in this case.
