I HAVE just had the misfortune to watch Blackburn Rovers slump to yet another humiliating defeat - this time against the bottom club.

When are the highly paid players going to realise what a state this club is in?

Have they no personal pride? Ultimately the buck stops with the manager, as he picks the team. You can go on about not having any luck or decisions going against you, but at the end of the day when a Premier League team plays the bottom club and only has two or three attempts on target, it just isn't good enough!

Leicester had two attempts on target and scored both of them.

The club cannot critisise the fans for staying away when they have had to endure the poor performances over the recent weeks.

Yet again, we didn't have any effective width, so what does the manager do? Takes a central midfield player off and replaces him with a central midfield player.

Have we no-one at the club that can take a man on and beat them? I wasn't keen on Gillespie when he was at Rovers but occasionally he took defenders on!

I'm not saying it's time for Souness to go, but he keeps picking the same team and they aren't doing it. I would urge Souness to give youth a chance as the experienced players don't seem too bothered whether they win or lose!
