RADCLIFFE Borough progressed to the Third Round of the Unibond League Cup with a 2-1 win at Lancaster City.
Borough went ahead after 14 minutes, when Jody Banim dribbled into the penalty area and angled his shot into the bottom corner.
They scored a second on 63 minutes, when Gary Simpson followed up after Banim's shot was parried by the goalkeeper.
Jamie Hughes blasted a penalty wide for Lancaster in the 77th minute, though they did get a late consolation through John Robertson's low free kick.
Borough host Whitby Town on Saturday (3pm).
