POLICE have issued a warning after a batch of prescription drugs were lost in Blackburn town centre.
The medication was in a white Hampsons carrier bag and was lost somewhere between British Home Stores, King William Street, and Boots Pharmacy in Blackburn shopping centre.
It was made up of nitrazepam, white tablets of similar appearance to paracetamol, green Zamadol capsules, small, yellow Matris tablets, and Enapril which are small round pink tablets.
Sergeant Mark Sharples said any of the medication could cause serious problems. If all are taken at the same time they could cause the taker to go into a coma.
If this, or any other medication, is found it should be returned to the nearest police station.
