MORECAMBE manager Jim Harvey has moved swiftly to plug the hole in his squad left by the departure of Adriano Rigoglioso.
The Shrimps have signed Northern Ireland Under 21 international Terry McFlynn from Margate for a fee in the region of £14,000.
McFlynn, who captained the Under 21s in their last game, is obviously well known to Harvey through his con-nections with the Irish camp.
Formerly a QPR trainee before joining Woking and then Margate in 2001, he is expected to meet up with the Shrimps squad this week prior to this week's Christie Park clash with Stevenage Borough.
o Shrimps have released Dale Gordon from his contract at the club. The player has not figured in the team this season and leaves by mutual consent following a meeting with Harvey on Monday evening.
And Morecambe Academy graduate Wayne Curtis and Chris Lane - a summer signing from Saouthport - have both been transfer-listed by Harvey as part of his rethink.
