A SERIES of shoplifting offences committed by a 25-year-old man all involved drink, a court was told.
Blackburn magistrates heard that Shaun Bradley went to Sainsbury's in Darwen and stole a bottle of Glenfiddich on November 7, a bottle of Teachers whisky on November 16 and a bottle of Jack Daniels on November 17.
The court heard that two of the offences were committed while on bail and contravention of a condition of bail not to enter retail premises.
Bradley, of no fixed address, was remanded on bail until December 1 for the preparation of an all options pre-sentence report on condition that a place can be found for him at a bail hostel.
