MIKE Harris is set to become the 32nd player to pull on a Leigh RMI shirt when he makes his debut against Exeter at Hilton Park on Saturday.
The versatile right-sided player, who signed on Tuesday night, could be joined at the club soon by Hucknall striker Baz Miller if RMI can negotiate a way out of his existing contract.
RMI boss Phil Starbuck said: "I've got two or three irons in the fire so we'll have to wait and see.
"I've always said that competition for places is healthy in any side though."
The Railwaymen drew 2-2 with Shrewsbury on Tuesday, but have won just one of their last 14 Nationwide Conference games -- and will be without the injured Steve Redmond and Carl Barrowclough.
