PRESTON took the lead against the run of play when Nicola Rawlinson forced the ball home after a goal mouth scramble.
But the lead did not last long and Bury soon levelled.
After half-time Charlotte Gregory scored the goal of the game, she won the ball in midfield and headed for goal.
As she got to the edge of the box she looked up saw the keeper of her line and chipped the ball over the keeper into the net. Again the lead did not last long and Bury did not just level the scores but they took the lead when they scored two goals in a minute.
Preston fell asleep and were punished with two well-taken goals by the Bury attackers.
As the game went on Preston were looking the first defeat of the season full in the face but to their credit they did not give in and they forced an equaliser late in the game. Once again Nicola Rawlinson scored from close range to level the scores and extend the unbeaten run to 11 games.
