This week, with GORDON ARMSTRONG, 36, Accrington Stanley defender.
MEMORY: My first day at school. I was at Gosforth Primary School in Newcastle. I loved that school, but I left it to go to Carlisle when I was seven.
HOLIDAY: All my holidays were in Scotland when I was a kid. We used to go to Loch Lomond and Arran, which was absolutely beautiful. We would go walking and do other outdoors-type stuff.
HOME: My first family home was on Salters Road, Gosforth. It wasn't that nice. My father worked at St Nicholas' Hospital and it was one of their houses.
SCHOOL: Gosforth Primary.
FOOTBALL MATCH ATTENDED: It was a Sunderland UEFA cup game at Roker Park, which we didn't win. My family were all Sunderland fans. We used to get some stick, living in Newcastle.
RECORD: Rockin' All Over The World by Status Quo. I really liked it!
CAR: A red Ford Fiesta -- it was very reliable.
JOB: An apprentice footballer at Sunderland FC. I went there when I was 14 and I ended up leaving when I was 29. My first league game was West Brom away. We got beaten 1-0, but I've got good memories of the match. It was when we were in the old first division and it was a good game.
