IT doesn't surprise me that Liberal Democrat MEP Chris Davies wants more 20mph zones.
The LibDems are anti-car and they and all the other council car-haters who inflict us all with this idiotic road narrowing and speed humps will no doubt soon have us going back to making drivers have a man walking in front of our cars with a red flag.
Things are getting ridiculous for the motorist.
