I WAS very upset to read about the old lady of 90 having her money stolen by a 15-year-old boy (LET November 20). I was also very angry -- angry to think, what they will do if and when they catch the culprit.
They will say he can't be named for legal reasons because of his age, or give him a non-custodial sentence.
Every wrongdoer should be named no matter what their age. The do-gooders have had their way long enough. It is really time to bring back corporal and capital punishment as soon as possible.
