MATT Jansen rediscovered his scoring touch last night as Rovers reserves beat West Brom Albion by the odd goal in a tight encounter at the home of Kidderminster Harriers.

Jansen has found goals hard to come by this season after returning to Rovers from Coventry City in the summer.

But there was nothing wrong with his aim last night as he popped up to net the winner on his return to the Midlands.

It was Albion who drew first blood when Simon Brown pounced to put them in front.

But Rovers then struck back courtesy of a rare goal from Nissa Johansson.

Then Jansen secured all three points for the visitors with a timely winner which should help to boost his confidence going into the festive period.
