TRAVEL adviser Margaret Billsborrow is flying high after being rewarded for 20 years of travel advice to local customers.
Margaret (59), who works at the Co-op Travel store in Haymarket, Bury, has received a long-service award from the United Co-op Travel Group, in recognition of her efforts and dedication.
Margaret, who has worked in the travel industry for all her career, celebrated her achievement at a reception held at the United Co-op Travel Group's head office, where she received flowers, champagne, a plaque and a cash prize.
The Whitefield woman, who lives in Penrith Avenue, is due to retire next year. She said: "I have enjoyed every day of my career. The regular customers are definitely the best part of the job, but the company is really supportive organisation to work for."
