SNOW brought havoc again to East Lancashire but shop, factory and office workers struggled through to work despite reduced bus services and road chaos.
Battling 65-year-old Sarah Davison led a pensioner protest against the unions in Blackburn.
Mrs Davison, of Didsbury Street, said the pensioners were suffering as result of strikes.
