HORSE lover Linda Whitehead went animal crackers over Coronation Street's Wedding of the Year.
Linda, a co-ordinator for East Lancashire's 'Only Foals and Horses Sanctuary', designed a display dedicated after Maureen and Reg who tied the knot on TV.
And Chef Paul Heathcote was struck dumb for and hour after his Longfield restaurant was awarded two stars in the prestigious Michelin guide.
