KNOWING someone affected by the case where evidence was apparently falsified (Bury Times, January 23), I feel that all the people who were booked for parking on that occasion, should have the money they paid refunded.
As to an internal inquiry being held by the council and NCP, in my view somebody should be charged with fraud or theft.
