REGARDING the letter from Mr F Crompton (LET, February 19), would he rather live in a 'concrete jungle' with the money now spent on the flowers being used for clearing litter instead?
Surely the people who dump this rubbish should be brought to task whenever possible. Last year the flowers were beautiful and I for one appreciated this.
