IN the Johnson Trophy for First Division clubs in the Rosesendale Badminton League, Fearns A received a 35 point start against Badgercote A, but they fell 40 points short as Badgercote A booked their place in the final.
Blackford Bridge A fielded an understrength side and couldn't claw back any of the 89 points start they were giving to Oakgate and fell 98 points short.
The final of the Johnson Trophy will be between Badgercote A and Oakgate on Tuesday, March 9 at Fearns, 7.30pm start.
The final of the Steve Barton Trophy will be between Goodshaw and Waterbarn on Tuesday, March 9 at Fearns, 7.30pm start.
