FIFTEEN Blackburn bus drivers threatened strike action if they did not receive a pay rise.
The drivers attacked the "penny pinching" attitude of the authorities and demanded they be paid an extra £4 a week.
Blackburn transport committee said they would not agree to their demands because the rate payers would not accept them.
