I WOULD like to express both my gratitude to the hard working committee of the Whitehall Park Supporters Group and the Probation Service for all the hard work they are putting into restoring the park from the terrible state it has been allowed to fall in.
Pity the same can't be said of the parks authorities who can't even be bothered to remove the branches from the shrubs, effectively closing some of the paths.
Are all their efforts being concentrated on Corporation Park? We are council tax payers too!
