PEOPLE living near the Accrington Associated Dairies Plant complained about noise from the factory.
They said vehicles unloading at the plant were too noisy. Residents also complained that by parking in the streets, lorries were a danger to children.
The plant agreed to provide better facilities for vehicles to make it less noisy for people living nearby.
