CLITHEROE'S professional for the 2004 Ribblesdale League season will be the 20-year-old South African all-rounder Craig Thyssen.
Craig is playing his first full season for Eastern Province after having represented the South African Under 19 side the previous year.
He scored an undefeated century in one of the U19 tests against England and took several wickets during the series.
He should be here in time to play in our pre-season games so hopefully he can get acclimatised before the season kicks off at Blackburn Northern on April 17.
