A SCHEME to demolish Beech Farm house and barn at Heath Lane, Kenyon and build four detached houses has been refused by Warrington Council.
Planners did approve single storey and first floor extensions at 36 Mustard Lane, Croft and 48 Culcheth Hall Drive, Culcheth and a side extension at 2 Cawley Avenue, Culcheth.
