A HIGH council tax is "a scandal". A low council tax is "an election gimmick". Could the local Tories please tell us what level of council tax rise this year would have been neither a scandal nor an election gimmick?
Could the Tory Group leader also tell everyone why a Labour council tax rise of three per cent is an election gimmick but a Tory rise of the same amount is not?
