Jonty is a black and tan cross Alsatian who arrived at the Manchester Dogs' Home on Tuesday 23rd March 2004 via the Manchester Dog Warden.

He was found tied to a tree with a thick chain lead near Wythenshawe Park, with his red food bowl and three tins of dog food. Jonty's right eye is swelled out due to him rubbing his face against the tree trying to escape. A part from him being a little thin he looks in good condition.

Jonty is a very friendly dog who will make an ideal family pet.

He has received some training as he will sit and give paw. He is also very alert. Jonty has not been castrated, but we offer a reduced neutering fee of £40-00 after the initial 28 day period of adoption.

If you are interested in rehoming Jonty you could contact our Kennel Manager or Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon on 0161 205 2874 who would both be happy to answer any questions you feel necessary to ask. Jonty has been microchipped and fully vaccinated.

The Home appeals to anyone who has the affection and understanding to offer Jonty a home, to visit the Manchester Dogs Home.
