A LEIGH man accused of carrying a revolver and a dismantled handgun in his car is to appear before the Crown Court.
John Martin Flatley, aged 44, of Maple Crescent, Leigh, was stopped by police in Spotland Road, Rochdale, last month, and the vehicle was searched. Flatley is also accused of driving while banned and without insurance.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Bolton Crown Court on May 17 when he appeared before magistrates at Rochdale.
