TWO brothers who denied a charge of attempted murder will face trial in July.
Migtaba Ali, 19 aMustafa, 20, both of Montague Street, Blackburn made a brief appearance before Preston Crown court. Both denied attempting to murder Makhdoom Ali and a second of causing him grievous bodily harm with intent.
Migtaba Ali also denied assaulting Irfan Patel occasioning him actual bodily harm and a charge of affray.
The trial will taken place on July 8 and both defendants were remanded in custody.
