AS someone who has worked in Hollywood for 26 years, and is married to a native of Blackburn who is currently employed by Warner Bros, I read with great interest and pride about Pete Oldroyd and his special effects company (LET, May 14, 'Pete Grabs a Byte of the Action').
I applaud both him and the various organisations that are backing his endeavour. They are exhibiting the level of entrepreneurial courage that we need to see more of both in the US and in Britain.
I wish Mr Oldroyd, the East Lancs eLaboratory, Instant Search, East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, elancs.net, and Business Link much success!
