THE owners of Blackburn's only lapdancing club, the Velvet Lounge, plan to open a bar with a difference where customers can have their hair styled upstairs and get a drink downstairs.
The Fashion Bar, formerly Fuel in Duke Street, will be a new concept for Blackburn and will house a health, beauty and hair salon on the top floor and a bar and dining area on the lower floor.
