WORLD-FAMOUS raincoat manufacturer Mackintosh is to create 36 new jobs in Nelson with the opening of a new factoryin Waterford Street.
Mackintosh spokesman Daniel Dunko said: "At Mackintosh we have enjoyed huge success both in the UK and internationally.
"I am confident that with the new factory there is much more potential for us to grow both the business and the brand."
The deal was funded by a £280,000 package from the Clydesdale Bank.
