WHEN will our Labour councillors, who like to take credit for their supposed successes, apologise when they waste money on frivolities, such as the water feature at the Longfield Centre, Prestwich; the Metro News; and those seven-foot high promotional banners which adorned Bury Town Hall before it was discovered that proper planning permission had not been applied for?
There is so much waste of council tax-payers' money. At least the Roman Emperors Caligula and Nero had the excuse that they were mad!
