A WOMAN died today after a fire at her home in Barnoldswick.
Fire crews were called to a house in Easthill Street just before 9am after neighbours saw smoke coming from the building.
Two neighbours attempted to rescue the woman, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, but firefighters found her dead at the bottom of the stairs.
