A BURY company has combined an expansion with a move to new premises.
Paul Nolan & Company have gone into partnership with another Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Mike Redshaw.
Nolan Redshaw is the name of their new business which has its headquarters at Haweswater House in Waterfold Business Park at Heap Bridge, Bury.
Paul, from Hawkshaw, worked for Manchester chartered surveyors, Matthew & Goodman, for 11 years before setting up his own firm in 1997.
His partner in the new commercial property practice, Mr Redshaw, hails from Preston, and ran the commercial department of Tarleton-based Acland Bracewell chartered surveyors for ten years. He said: "We will be developing long-term relationships with our clients, operating very much as part of their team."
