DISGRACED former Preston councillor Bill Chadwick will appear before a tribunal set up by the Adjudication Panel for England, at the Novotel, Bamber Bridge, on Thursday, August 19.
Mr Chadwick, 49, former leader of the Liberal Democrats, was fined £1,000 last March after admitting to a charge of making an indecent photograph of a child.
He had already resigned from his positions as councillor, parliamentary candidate and leader of the Liberal Democrat group.
Mr Chadwick will be allowed to make submissions to the adjudication panel before it decides if there has been a breach of the Code of Conduct and, if so, which sanctions apply.
