BLACKPOOL Football Club have today unveiled Colin Hendry as the club's new manager.
The former Scottish international is believed to have signed a two-year deal at Bloomfield Road and takes over from Steve McMahon who left the club during the first week of May.
Hendry's number two is former Notts County and Mansfield boss boss, Billy Dearden.
Ian Miller, former head of the football academy at Blackburn Rovers, will also be joining Hendry on the coaching staff.
Chairman Karl Oyston said: "We had a high number of candidates. It was very important that we got the right man and Colin has an experienced team behind him."
