BLACKBURN Rovers legends Simon Garner and Kevin Gallacher are planning a comeback next month in the Build Center Football Masters.
Garner and Gallacher are both expected to feature for Rovers in the Northern section of the six-a-side tournament on Saturday July 3 at the Newcastle Metro Radio arena.
And they could come face-to-face with England legends Peter Beardsley and Paul Gascoigne in the four-team competition which is being screened live on Sky Sports.
Rovers, Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough will all do battle for the Northern Masters title and a chance to progress to the Grand Final of the Build Center Cup 2004.
A clutch of former Rovers stars have already confirmed they will be taking part, including Garner and Gallacher, Bobby Mimms, Keith Hill, David Hamilton, Nicky Reid, Stuart Ripley and Jimmy Quinn.
Tickets for the event cost £15 for adults, £10 for children or £40 for a special family ticket.
