REGARDING the latest "public art" debate. What evidence does Blackburn with Darwen Council have that the majority of residents wish to "celebrate" the links between Blackburn and Asia?
Such misuse of lottery cash is why the only lottery I subscribe to is that run by East Lancs Hospice, where I know the surplus is put to good use.
