HUSBAND and wife team Laura and Jeffrey Sharp are on the road to becoming the country's safest drivers.
The couple of Stanley Street, Ramsbottom scored maximum points in the national Moto Road Stars safe driving competition.
Trainee driving instructor Laura and motorcycle instructor Jeffrey will now take part in the north west regional final tomorrow (Saturday, August 7). If successful the couple will go on to demonstrate their driving and riding skills at the grand final held at the Driving Standards Agency training ground in Cardington in Bedfordshire -- and the chance to win the Moto Road Star 2004 title.
