HARD working carers are being offered the chance to step back into the workplace.
The Charles Street, Leigh-based, Wigan and Leigh Carers' Centre is offering free computer courses starting this month to carers across the borough.
The classes, arranged in partnership with social services and the Joint Training Board, can lead to a nationally recognised qualification or there are 10 week taster classes for those who want to learn the basics.
The taster courses include word processing, spread sheets, databases, how to use the computer, internet, e-mails, and web design.
