Aishwarya Rai and Viviek Oberoi pair up in this romantic comedy about two 'youngsters' in the right place at the right time.

Diya (Aishwarya) spends her childhood in a farm and is brought up by her widowed father Malhotra (Tinnu Anand). But time comes when she must find new pastures and the opportunity arises when her father's best friend Chauhan (Amitabh) enters the fray.

He runs an orphanage in Mumbai and decides it is for the best if she moves to the big city to pursue her course in social work. Once there she bumps into Arjun who moves into the same house as her. His parents are also good friends with Chauhan.

After the the preliminaries are out of the way and the arguments the two find they have a lot more in common than they first thought. And that's it really. A simple enough storyline with some great cameos from Om Puri, Sunil Shetty and Diya Mirza. The music livens up the film but when it comes to Bollywood simplicity it seems always strikes gold at the box office.

We get Aishwarya trying out another look for the movie and getting her curled. "I had to endure it and my hairdressers worked hard as a wig looks like a wig and we did not want that."

"At times it is not possible, like I settled for a hairpiece for Binodini in 'Choker Bali' as she needed long till the knee. Right from my first movie I have never used any wig and even tried to avoid a hairpiece," she said.
