I read a letter in last months Asian Image concerning gambling.
I would like to say to the man who wrote in that he must come out and tell his wife about the problem. If he doesn't then things will only get worse. I went through a similar problem and found myself in mountains of debt.
People don't realise how difficult it can get. Especially within the Asian community where a person finds it 'humiliating' (badnamee). I eventually got help and my family were there for me.
Although I was only gambling £20 a day at first it all built up in the end.
You can't get out of debt by getting into more debt.
