The ABF has launched the Ebazaar Portal in response to massive demand from members to offer assistance in marketing their business online.
The Ebazaar portal is a joint initiative between the University of Salford and the ABF.
In 2002 the ABF launched the Apna Bazaar Portal which was a Blackburn portal for fashion/retail outlets. Since then the ABF has seen an increase of interest from members across Lancashire to promote their business on the Internet, especially those businesses who cannot afford the cost of a company website and the skills to manage one. The eBazaarUK portal is the perfect solution.
The aim of the portal is to build an online shopping mall highlighting the diversity of businesses in Lancashire.
The eBazaarUK portal will not only provide the first step for businesses to go on line, it will also offer a unique opportunity for businesses with a website to promote their business and use eBazaarUK as a shop window and a gateway to their website.
Some of the benefits of the eBazaarUK portal include:Free web page on the eBazaarUK web portal including an image
Training to develop and maintain your very own web page
Unique password enabling you to manage your own web page
Your very own Email Address
Free hosting for a year
Free Link to your own website (where applicable)
