JAILED Prestwich security guard Graham Huckerby will have to wait until November for his appeal.
His case at the Court of Appeal in London was delayed last month after the sudden death of one of the judges.
Now his appeal, and that of Bury man James Power, will be heard on November 11 and 12.
Huckerby, of Gardner Road, was jailed for 14 years in 2002 for his part in a £6.6 million cash heist.
Security guard Huckerby was convicted for being the "inside man" while Power was convicted of being his handler.
