A NEW £5.5 million business park development is currently taking shape in Bury.

The first phase of building work at the Hollins Brook Park in Bury is under way and is scheduled for completion in September. Chorley-based commercial and industrial property firm Delma Developments are behind the scheme, which is being part financed by the European Union.

Hollins Brook Park will be completed in two phases and will provide 42,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

Phase one comprises three detached office buildings, two buildings providing 5,400 sq ft and one building of 7,500 sq ft. The second phase will offer four detached buildings, totalling 24,000 sq ft.

With the initial phase set for completion in September, potential occupiers are being offered the opportunity to acquire flexible accommodation to meet their business needs.

The scheme is located adjacent to Junction 3 of the M66 and the Park 66 Retail and Leisure Park which is occupied by, among others, Asda, Megabowl, Vue Cinemas and McDonalds. Hollins Brook Park will provide high specification office buildings which are available to let as a whole or, alternatively, on a floor by floor basis.

Each building comprises raised floors, heating, double glazing, lifts and shower facilities. Ample car parking is available.
