POLICE were called to a house in Heywood Road, Prestwich, shortly after 11am on Wednesday (Sept 15), to help escort a man to hospital under the Mental Health Act.
The 36-year-old refused to come out of his property leaving police officers, under advice from the man's social worker, to force their way into the house to detain him.
