BLACKBURN band The Rising will be playing a special showcase gig in Manchester tomorrow in front of some of the leading names in the record industry.
The band have been invited to play at the prestigious In The City music convention at Satan's Hollow.
This represents phenomenal progress for the band which is less than a year has played nearly 40 gigs, is now on the books of six national promoters released two EPs and had two singles in the internet charts.
They take the stage in Manchester tomorrow at 4pm.
