NOMINATIONS for Groundwork Bury's annual awards close at the end of the month.
The event is to take place at the Longfield Suite in Prestwich on December 2.
Groundwork Bury aims to recognise the success and achievements that have been carried out throughout the borough in the local community, schools and businesses.
Awards are divided into different categories in order to ensure that wide ranges of achievements are recognised from school environment projects to energy, water and waste management. Groundwork also rewards outstanding individuals for both business and community.
But nominations for this year's awards must be received by the closing date of October 31.
